Administration of Justice in Drunk Driving Cases

Some findings of a study of law enforcement and judicial processes as they relate to drunk driving offenses in Vermont suggest that some of the deficiencies in the system of administering justice in these cases could be eliminated by changed operating practices. Drunk driving laws and enforcement must have more deterrent value in order to be effective.
